THE RICHMOND FOLK FESTIVAL - Volunteer Shift

Event date:
Sat, 09/28/2024 - 5:30pm to 9:30pm

Volunteers needed for this shift to help serve beverages at The Richmond Folk Festival.  This has been an annual fund raising event for Steel Horse Hog for quite a few years, and it's one of the most entertaining activity you can help out with that also benefits the chapter financially.  We need at least 10 people, but more is better and provides time for those who do come to go around and listen to tall the great music.  Our shift is from 5:30 to 9:30 and a free parking pass will be provided to those who RSVP on HOGSCAN or email [email protected].

You can find way more info about the performers and the event schedule at this website:   https://www.richmondfolkfestival.org/generalinfo

The Richmond Folk Festival returns this fall to celebrate its 20th anniversary the weekend of September 27-29, 2024. The festival has become one of Virginia’s largest, drawing fans each year to downtown Richmond’s riverfront to celebrate the roots, richness, and variety of American culture through music, dance, traditional crafts, storytelling, and food. Featuring six stages and showcasing music and dance from more than 30 artists from around the nation and the world, the Richmond Folk Festival promises, as always, to return with a culturally diverse and impressive program.
