FRIDAY CHEERS - VOLUNTEER

This event is a MAJOR fund raising opportunity for our chapter when we provide volunteers to assist with serving beverages during this event.  You can bring a friend to help out as well. Please join your SHHOG buddies and help out by volunteering!

Friday Cheers is a weekly summer concert series that brings some of the biggest up-and-coming artists to Brown’s Island along Downtown Richmond's riverfront every Friday in May and June at the best price for a family-friendly night of live music. Fun for all ages!    Volunteers will be provided a pass to park free if you RSVP.  

Here are a few things to know if you choose to help out:

  • This is a cashless event.  There is other event staff that will I.D. patrons, collect cash and run the credit card machines.  Volunteers only collect drink tickets.
  • Beer is poored from mobile vendor trucks.   Wine is served in cans.
  • Co-Star, a main event sponsor, also has their own teet with beer and a hard cider for their employees.  Those employees will have a different card/pass good for one drink.
  • The event starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 9:30 p.m.

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.
